Expectant mothers have melted the cheese in a restaurant or at home. The problem with "soft" cheese is if they are not pasteurized. You can have all kinds of cheese is unique in the world, while pasteurized. At least in the United States. Other countries have no laws and their babies born without problems.

I think that the FDA requires that all restaurants serve only pasteurized cheese.

Yes, you can not at home. My doctor told me not to either eat in restaurants. She said that knowing what's in the house already, that the ingredients go, that was it.

Get a good supplement if you think you need biotin. It is a water soluble vitamin that is not absorbed through the skin.
