Today I wanted to play with my lady friend and the image appears, but the designs and I tryed to go to java.com, but it did not work and now I can not play every game, and II want to know why?

Your version of Java is probably the lack of update, as reported is that the person above me. Either that, or delayed, and damaged the window.
How old is your computer?
It should be running Windows 2000 or better
