High calorie liquid diet ideas? - high protein liquid diet
I had a jaw surgery last few weeks and I lost 15 pounds. I have to stop losing weight and make new proteins, but its very difficult when you eat a tube for a month. Ideas for calories and protein liquid food?

Jump in a grocery store, CVS and Walgreen, replacing a drink or a meal. There are brands such as secure or boost, but there are brands that carry a version with high in calories. I drink little, if I have time to make a good meal or before the beginning of my education. Typically contain 350 calories and good taste.
Get a high protein shake CNG, etc, and add some fruit to make it more acceptable. Make sure that the daily exercise
