My computer is 3.06 GHz.But I am never satisfied with this speed, I just want to overclock to 3.5 GHz Can anyone tell me how to get them safely without liquid cooling is not without the help of BIOS. It can also be used daily without coolant.

If it overclockable. You can use third-party software for overclocking, but not recommended at all. It is much safer for overclocking in the BIOS. U do not need liquid cooling for overclocking. U could probably overclock your refrigerator values, but I suggest you move to a cooler better.
