Cough More Effectively Has Violent Coughing Ever Caused Neck Pain Or 'slipped Discs'?

Has violent coughing ever caused neck pain or 'slipped discs'? - cough more effectively

I was faced with a case of some bad Bronchitus causes violent coughing and now my back, stomach and especially my neck is very painful. Thus, the pain, I fear it may "slipped disc" or hurt me. How can I cope with the pain effective? (In addition to Advil)

First go to your doctor and get medication to suppress or control the cough.

Second, physically able, although rarely a "slipped disc can be" as simple as the health of a man bend down and pick it up only a weak water. It is common for motorcyclists have given their lack of holidays on the bike.

The pain you describe is very common for muscles hard / prolonged laughter. I felt pain in the neck muscles of the continuous and persistent sneezing. Had to go to the emergency room treatment for sneezing and time / rest for neck pain.

It is the same as the treatment of pain. When you cough, your muscles in the neck, chest, strong back / contracting authority.

One thing that helps me is to keep a pillow nearby. Coughing, hold / release pads attached to the belly. Helps support muscles in the neck and back pain.

This is often used in hospitals for patients after surgery to prevent breakage (fracture) opin the lurch.

A woman died in a newspaper the other day cough .... I do not know exactly how you .. wait Til It's Gone cough - cough is high tension in the chest and back and could only after a cough If you are not a few days after he stopped a doctor.
taking ibuprofen - help with inflammation and pain, a hot water bottle can help, or a sack of wheat, lavender, if you can get one.

Violent coughing is necessary to put pressure on the muscles - especially the abs! Ouch!

(A friend of my sister, once coughed really hard - and was paralyzed (permanently) from the waist down! Double ouch OR WHAT ?!?!)

Your pain is a symptom, not - the reason - the only thing that will help your pain, to treat the cause - the cough.

Good luck - and good health for you.

My sister broke a rib coughing. I damaged a copy of my hard drive and can slide out of place by coughing.
Perhaps you are using a rubbing ointment on the sore areas for additional relief of pain. With bronchitis is not approved, the pain is gone, I consider whether they have slipped a bit.
